Powering On/Off
To Power On/Off 
Press and hold the power button until the device turns on or off.

Adjusting Intensity

To Set Power Intensity
Press the “|||” button to toggle between three intensity levels:
P1: Low
P2: Medium
P3: High

Selecting Massage Modes

To Change Massage Modes:
Briefly press the power button to cycle through the available massage modes:

Soothing, Kneading, Lift

Activating Heating Function

To Enable Heating:
Press the (sss) button once to start heating at the Low level.


Press the (sss) button again to switch to Medium heat.
Press once more to select High heat.
Press the (sss) button a fourth time to turn off the heating function.

Heating status:
Red Light: Illuminates when heating mode is active.

Charging & Indicator Lights
Charging Status:

Red Indicator: Device is charging.
Green Indicator: Charging complete.

Handling: Avoid placing heavy objects on the massager to prevent damage.

Warranty Period:
This product is covered by a 3-month replacement guarantee from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:
 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Freezing
Water exposure or moisture-related incidents
Improper use, including but not limited to forceful handling or use contrary to product guidelines
Not more then 15W output charger should be used.
Unauthorized Repairs:
Any damage arising from disassembly, modification, or improper storage of the device voids the warranty.

2. Delivery Policy

Delivery Coverage:
 Free delivery is available throughout Nepal.
Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 working days inside Kathmandu Valley and 1-4 days outside Kathmandu Valley,depending on your location.

3. Replacement Policy
Replacement Guarantee:
If you exchange the product, the guarantee period will continue from the original date of purchase, not the exchange date.

4. Payment Return Policy

Product Inspection:
We require 5-10 working days to inspect the returned product to determine whether the defect is covered under warranty and to ensure the damage was not caused by misuse.
Refund Process:
For products under the 3-month guarantee, refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days after product inspection and confirmation that the defect is covered under warranty.
